The world is slowly opening up and that’s great! But some of us are still working at home. Here are some tips that we recommend for those friends who are working from their homes.
1. Take your break and lunch at the same time. And set an alarm to stop too. This will help you manage your time more effectively and efficiently.
2. Drink lots of water. The brain needs it and it certainly helps with the circuitry too.
3. Allow breaks to chit-chat or catch up with a buddy. As you would if you stopped by the office pantry. Not too long just a breather. Ten minutes perhaps.
4. Watch a quick video. No friends whose timing matches yours for a quick catch up? Find your favourite host or comedian on youtube and laugh out loud for a while.
5. Spruce it up. Get showered. Get dressed. Get ready to get to work. Makes a difference to your energy levels and sets your mind to get to it.
