Heroes ALWAYS have #comeback stories
… because they fall down
Think about YOUR HERO – as you look over their life do you see
– Smooth sailing? OR
– Surviving storms, falling down, failing, making mistakes AND COMING BACK?
My hunch is that its the latter.
We have all fallen down sometime – a client presentation that didn’t go well, rejection, not being able to meet targets, a negative performance appraisal
Even as a team – with the best intentions and lots of hard work and effort, our project failed.
And then of course, there are the external setbacks that we face, like the one that we are facing right now – the pandemic.
But, HEROES always have COMEBACK STORIES.
When we know this, we can use it – By PRE-WRITING our own #Comeback story.
When you are facing tough times, ask yourself – what if I was telling this story to my grandchildren? How would this experience have made me even better?
Mid-2020, at The Change Business we were telling ourselves the story of how the pandemic created a stronger organisation and even more skilled and flexible consultants.
And that helped us make that story come true.
