What does EQUITY actually mean?

Equity, to us, means acknowledging that differences exist in society and it is our responsibility to ensure we:
✅ Observe.
✅ Are Curious
✅ Have Conversation

When we do, we are more likely to speak up when we see disparities. Of course this takes conviction, courage, commitment and a consistency to never give up.
