Storyboards are typically used to roadmap stories for films and movies 🎦
They lay out the entire plot from start to finish so that the narrative is coherent. 👣
They help writers make sure that they can see the story all the way to the climax AND that it makes sense for the said climax.
We need to do this for business presentations as well.
1️⃣ First, think about what is your climax? Where do you want to end?
In other words – what is the objective that you want to achieve from this presentation (link to a post on objectives in the comments)
2️⃣ Then prepare your STORYBOARD (NOT your slides)
Remember STORYBOARDS come BEFORE the SCRIPT
3️⃣ And only then prepare your script – in other words, your slides.
Work out the entire plot of your presentation in a way that it helps you reach YOUR objective.
