Co-llab-oration as defined by a great colleague

Spending time with colleagues and collaborators can bring about surprising insights. ????

Three of us got together and we discussed how organisations are #changing, and therefore our role as external trainers and facilitators is changing as well, it helped us articulate these thoughts about what we are seeing more and more in organisations:

Businesses as Communities

#Communities are broader than teams. Communities are about #belonging. Communities are about all of us rather than some of us.

Community = Common Unity (thank you Kevin for this definition)

Bringing your whole self to work

Work is part of life. A subset of life, not an either-or.

And when work is part of life then it become important to be able to bring all of us to work, not a masked, sanitised self

We need #psychologicalsafety to do that. We need #EmotionalIntelligence to do that

#Collaboration
