The challenge of engaging #dispersed teams – A challenge to address NOW because we’re not going back to 9-5 office hours for sure.

As more and more people speak about the #mentalhealth epidemic (also about feelings) – the need for #emotionalintelligence at the workplace becomes stronger and stronger.
