Roshini Ganesan is the Founder of The Change Business and a leadership development specialist with more than 25 years of experience helping organisations develop leaders across Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
Throughout her career, she has observed a common challenge: many capable professionals step into leadership roles with strong technical expertise, but little preparation for the human side of leadership.
Her work focuses on helping leaders navigate the conversations that shape teams: building trust, influencing stakeholders, giving feedback and leading people through change.
Known for her thoughtful, practical and human-centred approach, Roshini believes leadership capability grows through awareness, reflection, conversation and practice.
That belief sits at the heart of TCB's LIFT™ philosophy: developing leaders who continue to grow themselves while creating the conditions for others to grow too.

Her experience across corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, sustainability and marketing gives her a practical understanding of the challenges leaders face in influencing others and navigating change.
